Non-Refundable Policy: All session fees are strictly non-refundable upon booking.

48-Hour Reschedule Notice: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. This window allows other clients the opportunity to fill the vacant time slot.

Late Cancellations: If notice is given under 48 hours, the session fee is forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to schedule again.

Rescheduling Process: For valid 48-hour notices, Julia will contact you directly to coordinate a mutually convenient date and time to reschedule.

Illness Exception: If you or anyone in your household exhibits symptoms of a contagious illness, please notify Julia immediately to reschedule at no extra charge. Julia reserves the same right to protect client health.

Standard Service Zone: A flat travel fee is included in the base session price for any home located within our primary service zone.(see map) 

Extended Distance Fee: For locations outside the standard service zone, a per-mile surcharge will be applied to the final invoice to cover fuel and travel time. ($1.00 per mile round trip back to zone limits) 

Parking Requirements: Clients must provide a safe, legal parking space or driveway. Any parking meters, garage fees, or toll costs incurred during the visit will be added to the client's bill.

Natural Light Access: Clients must provide a workspace adjacent to a large window with strong, indirect natural light. In the case of rain or dim lighting Julia will provide a lighting source that mimics daylight.  

Bare-Faced Policy: Clients must have a completely clean face—free of makeup, self-tanner, tinted moisturizers, and colored contact lenses—at the start of the session. Please refrain from wearing perfume as well for the session.

Environment Control: Please secure all pets and minimize distractions from children or guests during the active draping process to ensure focus and accuracy.
