A standard individual session lasts 60 to 90 minutes. A group session is approximately 3.5 hours hours.

We observe how colors affect your skin brightness and other features of your face.

Please come with a bare face (no self tanner on face and neck please) and clear vision (clear contacts if you are a contact lens wearer). Optional items could include your makeup, favorite jewelry and a few clothing choices. We can test your current choices to see if they are in your season.

You receive a personal color palette, makeup suggestions, and before and after photos. With the Individual session You also receive a detailed guide to your palette that has over 40 pages of information and examples. All sessions also include an optional 20 minute Zoom call at a later date for assistance answering questions, editing closet items, etc. I’m here to help you beyond the session.

• A Bright Space: A room with a clear view of a window for natural light is ideal, but don't worry if it's rainy or dark—Julia always brings professional lighting that mimics daylight.

• Comfortable Seating: A sturdy chair (like a dining room chair) for whoever is being analyzed, plus extra seating if you have guests.

• Easy Access & Parking: A clear parking spot for Julia and an accessible path to bring in equipment.

Yes. We identify your best lipstick, blush, and foundation shades.

While you don’t need anything other than a window lit room and a chair, I understand that you may not feel like you have a good space for a variety of reasons (size for a group, low light, temporary stay, etc.), so if that is the case, please contact me to discuss options. We likely can find a solution working together to secure a good place for your session to occur, especially if your date is flexible.
